You are invited to provide comments on the Second Draft of CCSP Synthesis
and Assessment Product 2.2, "North American Carbon Budget and Implications
for the Global Carbon Cycle" [also known as the Prototype State of the
Carbon Cycle Report (SOCCR) focused on North America].
This report is one of 21 synthesis and assessment products being prepared
by the Climate Change Science Program (CCSP).

DATES: Comments must be received by November 3, 2006.
